1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Orders. When you make a purchase through our Stripe Checkout integration, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We do not store your payment card information — that is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to the Northwest Defense List, we collect the email address you provide and any interest topics you select. This list is managed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). Your email address and preferences are stored on Brevo's servers. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Analytics. When analytics are enabled for this site, we load Plausible Analytics automatically — a cookieless, privacy-friendly measurement service that does not track, profile, or identify individual visitors.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use order information solely to fulfill orders, communicate about your order, and provide customer support. We use your email address to send the newsletter you requested and to notify you of order status. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data.

3. DATA RETENTION

We retain order information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe, after which their contact is removed from our active list. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

4. UNSUBSCRIBING

Every email from the Northwest Defense List contains an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal at any time by emailing us and we will unsubscribe you manually.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
